Press the perineum with the base of the [left] heel and place the [other] foot firmly above the penis [or pubis]. Keep the chin steadily on the breast. Remain motionless with the sense organs under control and with steady vision look at he spot between the eyebrows. This is called Siddhasana; it throws open the door to emancipation.
